VBS 2009

We had a spectacular week at Vacation Bible School last week! A huge thanks to all the workers. The kids were absolutely fantastic, sweet, funny, and smart.

Well, Glory!

We've been having a great week at Vacation Bible School so far. We're learning about how important the
Bible is...it's our guidebook for life, you know. We've made time capsules, which we'll dig up in ten years. We're also learning our Bible verses everyday. Everyday we get to find out what the cadets and Captain Scott are up too. Usually Turbo is getting into tons of trouble.

This will be the last year for VBS at the current church. Look how the progress is going on the new church building. Isn't it wonderful?

Ladies Brunch

This past Saturday the ladies of Lake Russell (we're stilling trying to come up with an official name) got together at Vickie's house for brunch. We had such a good time! We ate lots of good food (thanks to those who prepared it), we learned some new things about each other, and we got to talk about how great God is. Hopefully we'll have many more get-togethers.
